I absolutely hate doing this to the people who were working on big things, but man... This had to stop. I've never been this obsessive about making a server work before. I've literally been waking up, eating, doing necessary IRL things, playing and then going to sleep for the last few weeks, just trying to get things to work out somehow. Things were far past the point of being fun. Don't get me wrong; I did enjoy the server a lot when we started and it still had some great moments up until now, but this went way too far.

Rest in peace, G11. You will not be forgotten.

Topic closed, votes noted and KeepInv kept on! We now have a 7% cash penalty on death, up to a limit of 500 coins at once for the super-rich. Items will no longer drop when you die, however.

To those wondering why this poll is a thing again: Most of the people who voted in the original one don't play anymore. Things have changed on the server, and we've had KeepInv on for a few days due to the 5.0.4 TrainerCommands crashes and the associated lag causing some very unfair deaths. Good time to poll, again.

Current status, update 8: And we are back! Everything seems to be fine now.

The issue seems to have been caused by TrainerCommands, the plugin that allowed Pyramid warping to work and showed stuff like "NAME beat a gym!". The latest version has been glitchy since we got it, and completely broke in 5.0.4. There are server owners complaining of messages having been repeated over 3000 times all of a sudden! We're hoping to get a proper fix soon, but there's no ETA on that.

Paid full EV resets (we've got reduction berries now, but this might make a nice cheaper alternative for those buying Pokémon that were leveled up wrongly and have a TON of bad stats). Paid IV upgrades. Paid size changes. Paid egg reveal. Starter swap, where you are allowed to change your starter one time provided it has not evolved yet. Persistent Wonder Trade with a proper timer reset command. Possibly overwrite /ivs with something that doesn't show egg stats, and add that to egg reveal instead. Replace the champion with the last person to beat them, and maybe let players set their dialogue too. Maybe make a proper /rtp that doesn't keep breaking and doesn't think the bottom of the ocean is safe. Maybe make a /pokecolor that actually errors on invalid colors, and prints a list of valid ones. Item auctions. KeepInv zones (PvP arenas!) if RedProtect can't provide that.

Also, apparently there's an official test for a trading cards plugin happening right now. You may want to check into that before you start work on XPTC, if you're planning on doing that.

The limit can't be removed, they're as laggy as item frames. Keep in mind also that 16 makes more sense if we add shops for them, which is planned.

WorldEdit WAS the issue before, I tested that extensively. However, the issues we had yesterday were unrelated to that. The reason we haven't hit the JVM cut-off point yet is because we keep catching it and rebooting before it gets too far over the shown limit. Will be interesting to see where this goes.

On a side note, testing locally seems a bit pointless. It definitely seems to be related to player count, as it goes up much faster with more people on.
